About the role
- Key role in creating a hospitable environment for guests and residents, with an emphasis on maintaining the buildings and grounds.
- Carry out physical review of assigned areas.
- Complete checklists, respond to work orders, help meet facility needs across teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks to maintain essential systems, such as preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, completing assigned checklists, minor plumbing repairs, and responding to work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Requirements
- 2+ years Facilities experience.
Nice to have
- Preventative maintenance practices.
- Safety training/certificate.
- Understanding of shelter operations.
- Driver's license preferred.
- F80 (fire safety, guard certificate)
- NCI Certification
- OSHA Certification.
