Install and maintain complex diagnostic laboratory instruments with minimal direct supervision, responding to both scheduled and urgent customer requests in compliance with applicable ISO and GMP standards.
Report and document all customer complaints in the appropriate tracking systems for investigation and resolution.
Operate and maintain the company vehicle in accordance with company vehicle policy, including vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and organization.

Must be able to travel to the United States for training for periods of one to three weeks during the first 24 months of employment and periodically thereafter, depending on product line and business needs.
Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Attend training programs in the United States and Europe on assigned instruments as required.
Complete all service documentation required for the position and by other company functions in accordance with current GMP requirements.

Faire preuve de discernement dans l'utilisation de la carte de crédit de l'entreprise, tout en respectant les niveaux de dépenses dans le cadre des lignes directrices établies.
Entretenir et utiliser le véhicule de l'entreprise conformément aux exigences de la politique automobile, y compris l'entretien, la propreté et l'organisation du véhicule à tout moment.
Remplir toutes les exigences administratives du poste dans les délais prévus.

Demonstrate flexibility to travel up to 60% of the time outside the primary territory, based on business needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Candidates must be highly mobile, flexible, and willing to travel outside the Montreal area on short notice when required.
Must participate in training on assigned instruments as requested.
