About the role
- Hybrid Work Environment: Tuesday - Thursday in office | Monday & Friday remote.
- Candidates located outside of the Duluth, MN area may be eligible for a modified schedule (minimum one day per week in office) based on experience and business needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis
- A Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain within one year.
- Strong experience with structural analysis and design of steel and concrete systems
- Experience working on multi-disciplinary industrial or facility projects
- Ability to travel occasionally (generally up to ~20%)

- 8+ years of structural design experience in heavy industrial or mining environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical design efforts while building strong client relationships
- Valid driver's license
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit preferred; experience with structural analysis software (e.g., RISA, RAM, or similar) preferred
- Previous design experience in mining or industrial facilities
