About the role
- The Account Director brings value to our clients by analyzing, solving, and presenting viable integrated solutions to client pain points.
- They are exceptional leaders of teams, inspiring others to act courageously, and championing great creative work.
- They will be heavily involved with the execution and management of individual projects and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships
- Partner with DAVID's capability experts to deliver integrated solutions, identify new business opportunities, scope of work, and revenue
- Manage account teams
- Look for opportunities and formulate plans to manage and exploit them to drive business
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal teams, pulling together agency resources to effectively and seamlessly support your client's business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creative and strategic partners, effectively navigating conflicting priorities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in account management, including 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, including digital marketing
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to read the room and adapt accordingly
- Throughout its history, DAVID has been one of the most recognized agencies for creating Super Bowl commercials, producing 9 spots over 6 years.
Compensation
- $100,000 - $230,000 USD
