About the role
- As a Field Network Technician at Nebius, you will be responsible for supporting IT operations at remote locations and deploying data center infrastructure across new and expanding regions.
- Your primary focus will be managing IT operations, infrastructure deployments, and technical projects supporting Nebius data center environments, including large GPU cloud installations.
Responsibilities
- This role requires frequent travel to support deployments, operational activities, and infrastructure expansion across multiple sites.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation detailing service operations and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in project planning and technical problem-solving.
- Proficiency in IT hardware components, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire.
Nice to have
- ITIL or/and PMI Certification
Skills
- Assist in the preparation and deployment of new infrastructure for upcoming launches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and L1 network-related issues within U.S. data centers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Strong understanding of network technologies, including data center, server and network equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Compensation
- We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law.
- Base Compensation Range
- $112,700 - $140,800 USD
