About the role
- This Technician will work a 5/2 schedule (M-F, 2nd shift - 2:30PM - 11PM), working rotational weekend / holiday times as needed.
- This night shift is eligible to receive a 10% shift differential for 2nd shift.
- This role will be fully on site at our 200mm Semiconductor manufacturing facility in Essex Junction, VT.
Responsibilities
- Perform Mechanical System maintenance and repairs
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
- Work Areas include but are not limited to: Building Maintenance, Gas Services, High Voltage/Electrical, Chemical Operations
Requirements
- Experience. minimum 3-4 years' relevant experience with mechanical systems
- Experience in one or all of the following areas: Boiler, High Temp Hot Water, Chillers, Compressed Air
- Familiarity with computers, fluent in Microsoft 365 programs
- Physical Capacity Demands: Ability to lift at least 50 lbs., standing / walking up to 8 hours at a time, wearing personal protective equipment as required for designated tasks
Nice to have
- 5+ years of Mechanical / Electrical Systems operations and maintenance
- Associates degree in a HVAC or electronics/mechanical field
- Industrial / Commercial System experience
- Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter
