Responsibilities
- The incumbent is responsible for providing comprehensive service and support to all examinees registered to receive services through the Test Centre or CAL Test Services.
- Part-Time Support
- Employees who are part-time internal candidates, as defined by the Part-Time Support Collective Agreement, will be given first consideration.
- Provides administrative support to the Test Services
Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Test Services facility in a post-secondary environment which includes the following:
- Work experience in a complex detail-oriented, customer service driven, computerized office setting
- Experience in Microsoft Office and/or certification in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Office experience with a client database such as Clockwork.
Compensation
- $27.64-$32.01-Hourly
