About the role
- Senior Business Analyst based in Irvine to work with the Sales and Service IT team.
- Determining which business processes to re-engineer or automate.
Responsibilities
- Experience evaluating or building a business case for AI tool adoption, including identifying role-based use cases and estimating impact/effort
- Ability to develop and maintain business and technical documentation.
- Ability to map, troubleshoot, and optimize interfaces with multiple systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field + 6 years of related experience
- Master's Degree in computer science or related field + 4 years of related experience
- 2+ years of experience documenting requirements and articulating business analytical artefacts
- Experience with Good Manufacturing/Good Documentation Practices (GxP) processes
- Experience with identifying, integrating, and managing SaaS solutions and external vendors
Nice to have
- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator - highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience configuring the Salesforce.com platform, including declarative automation (Flow)
- Experience architecting or evaluating integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., middleware platforms like TIBCO or MuleSoft, REST APIs, third-party SaaS)

Compensation
- For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $108,000 to $153,000 (highly experienced).
