Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll partner with physicians, patients, surgery centers, hospitals, and insurance providers to coordinate surgical procedures while ensuring every detail is in place for a successful patient experience.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently, think critically, and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
- Verifying insurance eligibility, obtaining prior authorizations, and coordinating required pre-certifications.
Nice to have
- surgical terminology and orthopedic experience are a plus.
