Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve resident accounts receivable activities, including payment posting review, delinquency resolution, and ledger accuracy.
- Perform proactive outbound outreach to residents to resolve delinquency, payment plans, and pre-eviction concerns.
- accurately document all interactions in Salesforce.
- Partner with local market teams, and centralized partners to resolve complex AR issues, share timely updates, and ensure consistent and compliant resident experience across markets.
- Follow standardized workflows to support consistent execution across all markets.
- Handle inbound resident calls related to delinquency, eviction status, and account escalations with professionalism and empathy; accurately document all interactions in Salesforce.

Compensation
- The salary range for this position is: $20.19 - $35.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
