- In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a seamless, accurate, and timely payroll process, with a focus on improving accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders - especially Finance, IT, People Ops, and our Care teams - to provide accurate reporting
- Oversee and modify the timekeeping system to support ease of use, state and local requirements, and organizational objectives
- Support regular audits of payroll controls, processes, data, and operations
- Manage and develop a Payroll Specialist
Requirements
- Subject matter expertise regarding UKG Payroll and Workforce Management
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday and/or HCM implementation is a plus
Compensation
- The total target base compensation for this role will be between $97,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment.

- In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus.
- The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $106,000 and $149,000 per year.

- Manage all pay-related SOPs, developing procedural documentation and supporting end-user training in partnership with our Learning team
- Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
