About the role
- This internship provides hands-on experience supporting the development, organization, and management of customer-facing and internal training materials within a Professional Services organization.
- The intern will assist with structuring training content, tracking learning objectives, standardizing materials, and managing the status of training deliverables across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities
- The intern will not be expected to independently design training programs, but will instead support subject matter experts, trainers, and the LMS Manager to ensure training materials are organized, consistent, complete, and aligned to defined objectives.
- Support the development of customer-facing training documentation by assisting Professional Services trainers and SMEs
- Help maintain visibility into the status of training materials
- Support coordination between Professional Services and the LMS Manager to ensure materials are ready for use
- Support organization of training content within shared repositories
Nice to have
- Prior internship, academic, or project experience involving process improvement, documentation, analytics, or technology.
- Familiarity with Confluence or other knowledge management platforms.
- Experience with AI, automation, or operational efficiency tools.
- Ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
