About the role
- Facilitate safe and timely return-to-work outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between injured workers, providers, employers, and claims professionals.
- Complete timely, accurate, and professional case management documentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-person field visits within assigned region (Los Angeles County).
Requirements
- Active California RN license (required).
- Must be physically located in Southern California (Los Angeles County)
- Minimum of 3 years of workers' compensation, case management, or occupational medicine experience (required).
- Strong knowledge of the California Workers' Compensation system.
- Proficiency with Windows-based platforms and Microsoft Word (required).
- Ability to produce grammatically correct, thorough, and professional reports (required).
- Ability to work independently in the field and from home.
- ability to travel regionally within assigned area.
Nice to have
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Tagalog a plus but not required.
- Case management certification such as CCM, COHN, CPDM a plus but not required.
