About the role
- As an In-house Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of all contracts.
- You will also work on making sure contracts are in line with our larger company goals and philosophies while mitigating risks whenever possible along with reviewing contract terms and updating them to fit legal needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract law
- Law degree from an accredited institution
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, particularly software licensing and the RFP process, ensuring favorable terms while mitigating legal risks and aligning with company objectives
- Experience drafting a variety of legal documentation
