About the role
- Assist clients with assessing, selecting and implementing new
- Analyze proposals, issue clarifications to vendors
- Assist on other projects including process redesign and IT strategic planning
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed specifications and Requests for Proposals
- Assist with implementation management activities including maintain issues log, risk mitigation, change order management, system design, data conversion planning, change management, training etc.
- Develop workplans and write proposals for client engagements

Requirements
- Bachelors' Degree in Business, Public Administration or related field is required.
- Ability to exercise good judgment within broadly defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to complete projects within budget while delivering high quality
- Strong interpersonal skills required
- Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and CoPilot
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, with the exception of qualified candidates who are bilingual in either Japanese and English or Chinese and English.
Nice to have
- Five to seven years of recent or current experience in a similar role is required.
- Experience on ERP implementation efforts for public sector organizations is preferred. ( e.g. CGI, Oracle, PowerSchool, SAP, Tyler, Workday, etc.).

Compensation
- $114,000.00 - $145,000.00
