About the role
- You'll support the delivery of software implementation projects for our customers, working alongside senior PMs to keep projects on track, stakeholders aligned, and nothing falling through the cracks.
- This is a great fit if you're organized, a clear communicator, and want to build a career in SaaS delivery or operations.
Responsibilities
- Own project tracking across active implementations, including timelines, task lists, and status updates
- Coordinate across teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Support) to remove blockers and surface risks early
- Maintain project documentation in tools like Jira, Asana, or Notion
- Support senior PMs on larger, more complex accounts as you ramp up
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in a professional setting (internships count)
- you can explain a complex situation simply
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Exposure to SaaS products, even as a user
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams or stakeholders
