About the role

  • The Nurse Navigator will demonstrate through organizational skills the ability to provide ease and patient safety in the operational flow of the accessed Baptist Health Hardin departments.
  • Nurse Navigator demonstrates the broad-based knowledge, skill, and coordination to provide nursing care and guidance to our pulmonary patients.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure by the Commonwealth of Kentucky State Board of Nursing required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, or higher.
