About the role

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
  • Engineering and trade licenses required per local, state, or national requirements.
  • gaining experience with BAS operation and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds

Nice to have

  • Address service requests, including hot/cold calls, plumbing issues, and lighting repairs.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate issues as needed.
  • Replace light fixtures, filters, and other components as required.
  • Conduct property inspections to identify deficiencies
  • assist with preventive maintenance tasks and contractor oversight.
  • Follow company safety protocols and use PPE for all tasks
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFC, and NFPA regulations
  • report hazards immediately and participate in safety audits.
