About the role

Job Title Event Specialist Job Description Calling all planners!
This role is based in our Chelmsford, MA headquarters and expected to be in-office at least 4 days a week.

Own the planning and execution of assigned Axis conferences, tradeshows, and internal events.
Manage planning process, meetings, stakeholder communication, and attendee journey.
Facilitate event service orders, shipping, activities, lead processing, event software platform build out, promotional orders, and all other logistical functions.
Budget ownership for respective programs - building, reconciling, and forecasting.
Manage vendor relationships and support sourcing of vendors and systems as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to understand our offerings, market landscape, and operations, aligning events to support the achievement of our company goals.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
5+ years of event coordinating experience
5+ years customer service experience

Employee is occasionally required to lift 20-25 lbs.

The approximate pay range for this role is $75K- $85K.
