About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and review architectural designs, schematics, and fully coordinated construction documents
  • Manage internal design teams and coordinate with external consultants (structural, civil, MEP)
  • Collaborate with the client to define project goals, present design options, and manage expectations throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • Review submittals, respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), issue change orders, and conduct regular site visits to ensure the built work aligns with the design intent

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years experience
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit required
  • Degree in Architecture
  • Experience in the management, production and/or coordination of a wide range of commercial projects required.
  • Architectural license or in process
  • Experience with Adobe Creative suite preferred; familiarity with Bluebeam and project scheduling software (e.g., Monograph) a plus
