About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and review architectural designs, schematics, and fully coordinated construction documents
- Manage internal design teams and coordinate with external consultants (structural, civil, MEP)
- Collaborate with the client to define project goals, present design options, and manage expectations throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Review submittals, respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), issue change orders, and conduct regular site visits to ensure the built work aligns with the design intent
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit required
- Degree in Architecture
- Experience in the management, production and/or coordination of a wide range of commercial projects required.
- Architectural license or in process
- Experience with Adobe Creative suite preferred; familiarity with Bluebeam and project scheduling software (e.g., Monograph) a plus
