The total cash range for this position in Springfield is $90,000.00 to $126,000.00.
Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $144,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Responsibilities

Lead accounting and finance specialists in the delivery of best-in-class financial operations initiatives, partner implementations, and funds flow reporting processes.
Ensure new initiatives, product enhancements, and process changes are designed with sound accounting process flows by defining financial requirements upfront and aligning stakeholders early in the delivery lifecycle.
Partner in upfront negotiations to understand commercial and operational needs, then translate those requirements into complete end-to-end accounting and financial process flow solutions.
Manage funds flow design, operational readiness, reconciliation expectations, reporting requirements, and control considerations to support compliant and scalable execution.
Solve complex operational and accounting problems and embed sustainable solutions that meet stakeholder and partner needs without compromising financial control.
Lead the development and delivery of business cases, project scope documents, requirements documentation, test plans, implementation plans, and rollout communications.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across finance, accounting, product, operations, commercial, and partner-facing teams to ensure successful execution.
You have experience in financial operations, accounting, finance transformation, partner implementation, or a related field.
You are comfortable working in cross-functional environments and influencing business owners, operational teams, and external partners.
You have experience building business cases, defining project scope, writing requirements, supporting testing, and managing implementation communications.

Requirements

You have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
