Effectively manage the staff in accordance with the Collective Agreement and/or Human Resources Policies.
Manage program enrollment and anticipate needs for new offerings to support the viability of the program and the Centre.
Their programs are critical in the broader community to support families, young women and their children.
Plan, organize, and manage the delivery of high-quality MIMH & EarlyON programs and services at the Centre.
Lead the needs assessment, development and planning of MIMH & EarlyON programs including recommendations for improvements.
Build and maintain program partnerships with external agencies and services that align with the Centre's strategic direction.
