Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the staff in accordance with the Collective Agreement and/or Human Resources Policies.
  • Manage program enrollment and anticipate needs for new offerings to support the viability of the program and the Centre.
  • Their programs are critical in the broader community to support families, young women and their children.
  • Plan, organize, and manage the delivery of high-quality MIMH & EarlyON programs and services at the Centre.
  • Lead the needs assessment, development and planning of MIMH & EarlyON programs including recommendations for improvements.
  • Build and maintain program partnerships with external agencies and services that align with the Centre's strategic direction.

Compensation

  • $84,228 CAD Annually Vacancy: Current Opening
