- Field Services - Bracing & Supports
- Reviews prescriptions, gathers relevant patient information, and maintains accurate clinical documentation to support patient care and billing requirements.
- Coordinates with internal teams to support scheduling, billing, and patient care needs; escalates complex or non-routine issues to appropriate clinical or leadership staff.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing orthotist, occupational therapy, or physical therapy services as, or under the supervision of, a certified practitioner.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy required.
- Holds and maintains active certification and/or licensure with appropriate state regulatory agency required.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
- Frequently required to sit
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Computers Unlimited TIMS, or other billing/inventory system) strongly preferred.
