Make Every Mile Matter - Join Us as a Patient Safety Driver Baseline Pay Rate: $26/hr.

Drives a transit bus or van over assigned routes within an established time schedule.
Maintains control of passengers on vehicle; responds to parents and other citizens concerning transportation schedules and problems.
Inspects vehicle prior to trips to ensure safe operation; reports any mechanical defects or malfunctions; refuels vehicles, checks and maintains fluid levels.
Sweeps and maintains vehicles in clean and orderly condition.
Because of the clinic's commitment to community service and the well-being of its members, each employee may be expected to perform a wide range of office and field duties from time to time.

We're seeking a compassionate, reliable driver to join our team and support the critical care we provide to our community.
More than just driving, you'll be a friendly face, offering support, comfort, and connection to members as they travel to and from appointments.

Driver's license with specific endorsements/restrictions is required.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with care and professionalism
Experience with, or willingness to learn, trauma-informed de-escalation approaches
