- This role offers hands-on experience working closely with operations, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure systems and fulfillment operations run smoothly, workflows are efficient, and processes are scalable.
- You'll have clear ownership of key operational tasks and the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Operation Support
- Maintain accurate documentation of recurring issues to support product and engineering improvements.
- Support product testing, provide actionable feedback, and help ensure quality standards for customer orders and services.
- Help operational teams understand SOPs and implement system best practices.
Nice to have
- familiarity with Tableau dashboards and basic SQL is a plus.
