About the role
- Hands-on experience working with machine learning models in production environments.
- Proven partnership with Data Science on model development, evaluation, and iteration.
Responsibilities
- The Principal Product Manager for Data Management and AI owns the strategy, discovery, and delivery of Energage's most data-intensive and intelligence-driven products.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex, high-impact products.
Nice to have
- SaaS experience required.
- HR or people data experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong discovery and delivery skills at scale.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, technically complex problem spaces.
- Track record of high-quality execution and iteration.

Compensation
- This position has a salary range of $160,000 to $175,000 annually based on relevant experience.
