About the role
- As a Sales Development Representative at Assort Health, you'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion - identifying, engaging, and qualifying outbound prospects across health systems, large specialty practices, and everything in between.
- This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at a fast-growing Series B company.
- You'll have real ownership over your territory and the opportunity to grow quickly as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-channel outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Qualify inbound leads when they arise, and efficiently move prospects through the top of funnel
- Collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine messaging, share field intelligence, and contribute to campaign strategy
- Maintain clean, accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce
Requirements
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound pipeline targets
- Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindset - we're still early, and you'll help shape how we do things
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach, Apollo, Outreach, or similar sequencing platforms
