About the role

  • The General Superintendent is responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects, managing field leadership teams, and ensuring adherence to budget, company process, schedule, safety, and quality objectives.
  • This role serves as the primary liaison between executive leadership, project teams, and field operations.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for large-scale construction projects, mentoring and managing field leadership teams while ensuring projects are staffed, resourced, and executed effectively across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project execution in accordance with contract terms, conditions, scope of work, and project requirements, ensuring compliance with project specifications, owner expectations, and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners to resolve complex construction challenges, maintain strong working relationships, and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing ground-up commercial, industrial, or civil construction projects valued at $50 million or more.
