About the role

Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and update operational procedures and documentation
- Develop and implement quality control processes for onshore operations teams
- Serve as a senior support resource for processors, resolving complex issues and questions
- Identify and implement enhanced controls and automation opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in financial services operations, with emphasis on payment or transaction processing
- Strong knowledge of operational controls, quality assurance, and risk mitigation practices
- Proficiency with payment processing systems or similar operational platforms
Nice to have
- Experience with Advantage or similar payment processing systems
- Background supporting or mentoring operations teams
- Familiarity with automation and process improvement initiatives
- Experience working in regulated financial environments
