About the role

Responsibilities
- Contract vendors to perform contractual repairs and periodic maintenance.
- Lead organization of work force, training and development to support high volume operational environment.
- Proactively work on partnering with operations and engineering team members to identify and deliver solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop training plans to promote enhancement of maintenance associates' abilities.
- Volunteer opportunities and in-kind drives for non-profits throughout the year
Requirements
- 5 years in a facility maintenance position, with 2 years in electrical repair.
- 2 years of conveyor maintenance and repair experience.
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts
- Ability to stand and/or walk continuously during the assigned shift.
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 100lbs during the assigned shift - 30lbs or less continuously, 50lbs frequently, and 100lbs occasionally.
- Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.
- Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.
- Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends.
- Ability to see objects in close proximity as well as at a distance
- Ability to adjust sight focus
Nice to have
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, evolving environments, with a track record of managing frequent change and shifting priorities
- Experience ordering and managing maintenance parts and inventory
- Willingness to take a hands-on leadership approach, providing daily direction and guidance while fostering team development and collaboration
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and repair for production equipment in an industrial setting.
- Provide predictive & preventative maintenance, cost controls, reports, and replacement recommendations for parts and systems on equipment.
- Understand maintenance management systems and processes.
- Warehouse safety management: Hazmat and OSHA compliance
- Promote team involvement and participation in setting goals, priorities, and strategies for safe, efficient, and effective plant/facility operations.

- Additionally, they will ensure spare parts & consumables inventory are maintained as readily available to respond to maintenance needs.

Compensation
- $74,353k - $94,011k.
- This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
