Responsibilities
- We collaborate across teams, combining expertise in technology, clinical practice, and customer success to deliver meaningful impact
- Our platform helps practices enhance clinical control, optimize workflows, and deliver more personalized patient care
- We provide a full ecosystem of support, including onboarding, training, and marketing tools, continuously redefining what's possible in orthodontic care
- Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office
- Build strong relationships with customers so they continue to use, endorse, and advocate for the DentalMonitoring brand and products
- Support and attend local trade shows
- Collaborate and communicate with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives to ensure the best onboarding experience
