About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager to join our Emerging Companies practice at Anchin.
This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in public accounting who is passionate about working with early-stage and high-growth companies.

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of professionals within the emerging companies group while providing training and support to ensure the team's professional growth and performance.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in tax, with a focus on the Emerging Companies' core industries.
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Deals with technical issues comfortably and can complete work at a high level of proficiency.
Ability to apply technology solutions to work.
Education:
CPA required.
Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Proficient in using tax software and Microsoft Office applications.

Relates comfortably to all levels of people, both internally and externally.
Nimble Learner: Learns quickly when facing new situations, willingly takes on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
Technical Proficiency: Deals with technical issues comfortably and can complete work at a high level of proficiency.

Competitive annual salary in the range of $130,000 - $185,000, based on individual's experience level.
