- The facility employs just under 400+ full time associates in a 5-shift operation, which encompasses 235,000 sq ft. along with 12,000 skus.
Requirements
- Each operator must be familiar with operating all parts of the machines.
- Responsible for gaining and maintaining general knowledge of machines throughout the reciprocating saw blade manufacturing area (PA2).
- You must have the knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments to the machines when necessary.
- You must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours a day and also have excellent use of your hands.
- Required to meet production standards.
