About the role

  • The Director will work closely with practice leadership while managing engagements from initiation through expert testimony or settlement.
  • Oversee day-to-day case workflow, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent matters.
  • Prepare and review work product to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage forensic engagements in matrimonial litigation, including business valuation, income analysis, lifestyle analysis, tracing of separate vs. marital property, and cash flow analysis.
  • Provide expert witness testimony and work closely with clients to build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff including analysts and associates.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in forensic accounting or financial litigation consulting, with meaningful focus on matrimonial or family law matters.
  • Foundation of testifying experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience managing engagements and supervising junior staff.
  • Exposure to expert witness work and family law proceedings required.
  • ability to translate complex financial findings for legal audiences.
  • Role is based in Miami, Florida - individuals must be commutable to Miami or open to relocation.

Nice to have

  • CPA highly preferred
  • CFF, CVA, CDFA or CFE designation strongly preferred or actively in progress.
  • Master's Degree.
