Responsibilities

  • Resident Experience & Service Delivery - Serve as first point of contact, respond to resident needs, and maintain professional service delivery.
  • Concierge Services & Resident Support - Coordinate requests such as reservations, local services, and resident engagement initiatives.
  • Building Operations & Coordination - Support move-ins, liaise with teams, manage logs and systems.
  • Security, Access & Safety - Monitor access, manage visitors, oversee safety compliance and escalate concerns.
  • Professional Conduct & Brand Standards - Maintain polished appearance, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Tricon was one of the first movers to enter Toronto's purpose-built rental apartment sector with scale in 2016 and is developing the highest quality multi-family portfolio in North America's fastest growing city.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or residential environments.
  • Frequently required to sit, talk, and hear.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
  • Work Schedule: This role is fully on-site and requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands:

Nice to have

  • Experience in luxury, hotel, or premium service environments.
  • Les Clefs d'Or designate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint), AI tools, and technologically savvy.
  • Familiarity with Yardi or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of local area and amenities.

Compensation

  • Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
  • $43,890.00 - $65,830.00
  • This position is eligible for an attractive benefits and wellness package and an incentive opportunity of: 7%
