About the role
- Specific Role: Line Shooting is a key coating role in EMIT's manufacturing facility.
- This position involves spraying parts as they move through the booth on the automated line.
- After completion, these parts will be transferred to the next planned production activity.
Responsibilities
- Maintain shooting equipment, spray booth and supplies (powders, primers, etc.):
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. repeatedly.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with students.
- Ability to present information clearly and represent EMIT in a professional manner.
- Organized with the ability to track interactions and recruitment progress.
- Self-motivated with the ability to build relationships and follow up on leads.
- Comfortable speaking in group settings and facilitating discussions.
- Ph ysical and Safety Requirements:
- Stand, walk and move for an entire shift.
- Always use applicable PPE.
- Follow safety protocols when using tools and handling materials.
