Responsibilities
- Oversee building and construction project administration, including new construction, space buildouts, and facility expansions.
- Track project performance measures and document progress.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Contribute to the develop of and monitoring of budgets for facility operations and projects.
- Contribute to financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Maintain a project pipeline report from inputs from Team Members.
- Responsibility to learn and manage the information within specific JCI financial programming
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Manage contracts related to facility maintenance and services.
- Manage project related documentation as directed.
Requirements
- Prepare as requested and maintain as required financial records, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, facility management, project management, or a related industry experience in the field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, facility management, project management, or a related industry experience in the field.
Skills
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency MS Excel, Smartsheet and Sharepoint.

Compensation
- $73,500 - $91,900 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package.
- The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as requested.
