About the role

  • Coverdash is growing our Insurance Core Sales Team and are hiring a Commercial Insurance Broker to focus exclusively on new business sales.

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end new business sales for commercial P&C insurance, from inbound lead to bind
  • Manage 25-50 warm inbound opportunities daily while meeting activity and revenue targets
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound leads
  • We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of commercial insurance or insurance sales experience
  • Experience with carrier portals, rating platforms and AMS/CRM tools

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in insurtech or a high growth startup
  • NYC office available for in-person collaboration

  • Warm inbound leads- no cold outreach

Compensation

  • Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks.
  • Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need.
  • The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
