About the role
- Accountable for accurate and efficient coordination of care related to screening, diagnostic, or therapeutic testing, and consultative and therapeutic referral scheduling.
- Serves as a resource person for patient, physician, office staff, various facilities, service lines, and outside agencies utilizing effective communication, courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities

- Maintains thorough knowledge of clinical information system(s) for patient scheduling, registration, and reporting functions.
Requirements
- Advanced computer skills with knowledge of a variety of software programs, including Microsoft word, Excel, Access, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation or database software.
- Excellent communications and organizational skills required.
- Virginia MLTSS (UAI) Certification required to complete orientation and must be maintained throughout employment.
- Completes referral process within required timeframe.
Compensation
- $17.39 - $24.35 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
- The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
