About the role

Work in one of South Florida's premier private clubs, surrounded by breathtaking scenery.
Take ownership of how the Club communicates, shaping both the member experience and brand perception.

Develop and manage all communications including newsletters, email campaigns, website updates, social media, and printed materials.
Establish and manage communication workflows, timelines, and content standards across all departments.
Maintain and update website and app content, including menus, calendars, and event information.
Support public relations efforts, media opportunities, and Club recognition initiatives.
Supervise and support the Communications Coordinator.
Collaborate with multiple departments to bring events, programming, and Club life to life through thoughtful, engaging content.

3+ years in communications, marketing, or content management, in a private club, hospitality, or luxury service environment.

Experience with email marketing platforms, content management systems, and social media
Jonas experience is a plus.

Tech: Experience with email marketing platforms, content management systems, and social media; Jonas experience is a plus.
Personality: A polished communicator who is proactive, collaborative, and confident in managing communication standards across departments.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and Club events.
