- Pay and Schedule This position is Monday - Friday 7:00AM to 5:00PM.
- The pay range is $125,000 - $150,000 annually dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with SEC reporting and disclosure support
- Oversight/support of subsidiary accounting activities
- Corporate governance and permanent document organization/retention
Requirements
- Required Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
Compensation
- The pay range is $125,000 - $150,000 annually dependent on experience.
- Experience coordinating quarterly and annual filings (10-Q, 10-K, proxy, etc.)
