About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Promote Team, responsible for driving growth and visibility for our real estate technology platform. In this role, you will lead initiatives that help real estate professionals effectively market their listings, enhance lead generation, and optimize advertising performance. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and execute strategies that improve customer engagement and revenue growth.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer pain points and business opportunities in advertising, lead generation, and listing visibility.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and launch features that enhance property promotion and marketing effectiveness.
Leverage data analytics and user research to make informed product decisions and continuously optimize performance.
Develop KPIs to measure success and ensure alignment with company goals.
Lead go-to-market strategies, working with marketing and sales teams to drive adoption of new features.
In this role, you will lead initiatives that help real estate professionals effectively market their listings, enhance lead generation, and optimize advertising performance.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and execute strategies that improve customer engagement and revenue growth.

Strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO, lead generation, and conversion optimization strategies.
Experience with agile development processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Experience working in SaaS, PropTech, or digital advertising industries.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing methodologies.
Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
