- Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract, you'll play a key role in scaling our engineering and product teams by finding top-tier talent across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers in engineering and product to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies
- Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process-from sourcing to closing
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging with top candidates
- Drive exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and engagement
- Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to drive hiring outcomes collaboratively
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic asynchronous environment
Nice to have
- Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices
- Prior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company
