About the role

  • With locations worldwide, some of our services and products include eyedroppers, pumps, valves, inhalation devices, airless dispensers, and auto-injectors.
  • This is a 12-hour shift - 6:00PM to 6:00AM.

Responsibilities

  • Nemera is a world leader in the design, development, and manufacturing of drug delivery devices for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, & generics industries.
  • Supports and has knowledge of responsibilities of operator level 1 and 2
  • Maintain clean workspace and 55 Standards in work area daily/weekly/monthly
  • Perform assembly start up batches/shots for product change/new version (same reference)
  • Perform LOTO (lock out/tag out) of any unsafe equipment
  • Maintain Lean initiatives and participate in lean projects

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience (required)
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, grab and climb

  • Retrieve required documentation out of TMS to assist with quality related decisions.
  • Perform line clearances as required.
  • Clean injection molds as required per work instructions
  • Perform color changes and material lots as required, and complete traceability documentation

Skills

  • Basic math skills
  • PC skills
  • Basic mechanical skills
  • Injection Molding and/or robotic knowledge
  • Works in a clean manufacturing and warehouse environment that may include moderate noise levels

Compensation

  • $24.00 - $38.00 USD Houlry (This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
  • This range may be modified in the future.)
