Type: Part-Time Internship Summary The IT Network Intern assists IT professionals with maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting an organization's network infrastructure.

Create and maintain network maps, wiring diagrams, hardware inventories, and change logs.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Basic knowledge of pc's and printers and network hardware.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
The individual must be detail-oriented, thorough, and precise in the completion of tasks assigned and project related paperwork.
The individual must be a self-starter with the ability to take limited input and direction and achieve the desired goal.
