- The Production Member is responsible for safely manufacturing and assembling high quality bathing products while meeting production, quality, and delivery goals.

Responsibilities
- This role operates production equipment, performs assembly and inspection tasks, and follows standardized work instructions to ensure products meet company and customer specifications.
- Production members work collaboratively to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills
- Lift, carry and place parts on trim fixture
- Use hand tools to smooth rough edges
- Make pass/fail quality decisions based on quality standards
- Prep boxes with labels and instructions
- Lift, carry and place finished parts on the box
- Close and staple the box using air powered staple gun
- Stack completed boxes on the pallet and prep for stretch wrap
- Follow standardized work to meet production and quality expectations
- Participate in team environment with 2 - 5 team members in the area
