  • The Production Member is responsible for safely manufacturing and assembling high quality bathing products while meeting production, quality, and delivery goals.

Responsibilities

  • This role operates production equipment, performs assembly and inspection tasks, and follows standardized work instructions to ensure products meet company and customer specifications.
  • Production members work collaboratively to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

  • Lift, carry and place parts on trim fixture
  • Use hand tools to smooth rough edges
  • Make pass/fail quality decisions based on quality standards
  • Prep boxes with labels and instructions
  • Lift, carry and place finished parts on the box
  • Close and staple the box using air powered staple gun
  • Stack completed boxes on the pallet and prep for stretch wrap
  • Follow standardized work to meet production and quality expectations
  • Participate in team environment with 2 - 5 team members in the area
