About the role

This role is part of a dedicated four-person cleaning team that ensures a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation across two buildings and adjacent grounds.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is detail-oriented, and can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a larger team.

General Cleaning and Janitorial Services Perform daily cleaning of offices, common areas, restrooms, break areas, sound stages, and meeting spaces.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen/break areas.
Outdoor and Grounds Cleaning Maintain cleanliness of building entrances, walkways, and outdoor common areas.
Support seasonal needs such as leaf removal and light weather-related cleanup.
Rotate responsibilities as needed to support workload balance.
Maintain proper storage and labeling of cleaning supplies.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
Dust furniture, fixtures, vents, and high-touch areas.
Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal.
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper products, etc.

Team Coordination and Coverage Work collaboratively with the cleaning team to ensure all work areas are covered efficiently.
