About the role
- YES, LLC is seeking a high-performing Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Dickinson, North Dakota as an Operations Manager.
- This role is part of our succession planning strategy and is intended for individuals ready to grow into senior leadership roles within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage electrical construction projects from kickoff through closeout
- Lead project teams including foremen, subcontractors, and vendors
- Drive schedule performance and proactively manage risks
- Own project P&L performance including cost tracking and forecasting
- Manage change orders, T&M work, and contract compliance
- Support estimating, bid reviews, and scope development
- Serve as primary client contact and maintain relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience
- Experience with design-assist, commissioning, and field coordination
- 10-15+ within Project Management or Operations
- Strong background in industrial or commercial electrical systems
- Proven ability to manage project financials and drive profitability
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Industrial & commercial applications, utilities, med-voltage and industrial facility experience
- Automation, controls, or instrumentation exposure
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience
- Strong backlog of industrial and energy-sector projects
- Integrated capabilities with ENETK (controls, automation, instrumentation)
- Leadership committed to growth, accountability, and team-first culture
