About the role
- Successful candidates will work with middle-market private equity funds, independent sponsors, and family offices in leveraged buyouts and with family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs in connection with sell-side M&A transactions.
- In this position, you will serve as a key team member and gain hands-on experience as the responsible attorney on M&A transactions, guiding clients through complex deals from start to finish.

Requirements
- At least three (3) years of experience practicing law in a law firm and/or in-house environment
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $223,500 to $240,500 based on experience, plus opportunities for discretionary and hours-based bonuses
