About the role

- Position Overview PHIL is seeking a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join our team in either our Columbus, OH or Scottsdale, AZ location.
- Pharmacy hours Columbus, OH 8:30 am - 9:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Deliver and execute new and ongoing pharmacy projects/initiatives in a timely manner to improve pharmacy services and patient experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with PHIL team members from different departments to ensure patient safety and support seamless workflows across the organization.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a critical focus on accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
- Operational Support: Perform or assist the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) with operational tasks as needed to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.

Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Education: RPh required
- Licensure: Licensed pharmacist in OH or AZ, depending on the physical location
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have
- PharmD strongly preferred
- applicants with multiple state licensure are preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacist
- experience in a start-up environment or managerial position highly preferred
